SHIPPING
It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 p.m. CST; eligible orders are typically shipped the next business day. We ship orders across Canada and to the United States using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times can vary depending on your location, the day and season your order is placed, weather conditions, and the shipping service selected at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added to your order total during checkout.

Note to international customers: Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import fees, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order, as international shipping times and fees can vary.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the way our system processes orders, online orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact form. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every product we sell and want every customer to have a smooth and positive experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to make it right, whether that means helping troubleshoot the issue, arranging an exchange, or issuing a refund. Returned items for exchange or refund must be received within 30 days of the delivery date and should be returned in their original packaging.
To request an exchange or refund, please visit the Returns page on our website and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will review your request and either issue an RMA or contact you for more information. An RMA number must be obtained before any item is returned.
